Our History    

-2012: A small workshop was established ( Only 4 peoples).

-2013: Started operating, got starting with production of varieties of carbon fiber tubes;

-2014: Set up Zhongshan Carbon Composite Material Products Co.,Ltd, our workers have expanded to over 30 people, we moved into the industrial area of Sanxiang town.

-2015: Working area increased over 2,000 square meters, monthly capacity reached over 100,000 pcs for varieties of carbon fiber tubes.

-2016: Won the national High‐tech Enterprise certification and approved by ISO9001:2015 & ISO9001:2018

-2017: Awarded 25 patents including 3 invention patents . Workers have increased to over 80 workers

-2018: Company’s monthly capacity reached 150,000 pcs for varieties of carbon fiber tubes & parts .Annual sales over US$20 millions.

-2019: Carbon company move into new industrial area which is over 5,000 square meters, workers have increased to over 150 people.

-Still 2021 now . Company’s annual sales reaches over us$35 millions, and won National High-tech Enterprise Certification, approved by ISO9001.2015 & ISO9001.2018 again .

Our Factory

ZhongShan Carbon Composite Material Products Co,.ltd was founded in 2012，it has quickly grown up and  become a professional manufacturer of carbon fiber products and we already certified ISO 9001:2008 & ISO9001 :2005 at the start of 2016.

We locates in ZhongShan, Guangdong. We have been focusing on OEM/ODM carbon fiber products, and offer the high end and professional carbon fiber products in varieties of applications such as carbon fiber tubes, carbon fiber sheet/plates, carbon fiber insoles,carbon fiber helmets,  carbon fiber tripods, carbon fiber telescopes, carbon fiber drone/UAV frame/paddles, carbon fiber medical devices, customized carbon fiber parts, etc.

Our company have 5 rolling  wrapped machines, monthly output reaches 150,000 pcs kinds of carbon fiber tubes; 15 full sets of heated moulding machines, which can satisfy all kinds of special‐shaped products; 2 full sets Semi‐automatic painting line; 1 filament winding machine, 1 autoclave machine, 1 pultruded braided machine. Proposed 80 cubic meters of freezer to store raw materials which to guarantee the quality of prepreg carbon fiber.

In November 2016 ,won the national High‐tech Enterprise certification. As of July 2017 has been awarded 25 patents . including 3 invention patents .
